These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FLOW METRICS CRM platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by FLOW METRICS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your Data & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (“Customer Data”). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your Customer Data. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and process such data in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and industry regulations).

Payments & Fees

Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, logos, and content, is owned by FLOW METRICS or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLOW METRICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we will delete your Customer Data within 30 days, unless legal retention applies.
